• Returns

    Apparel must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.  


    For hygiene reasons, apparel can not have been used for exercise beforehand and therefore cannot be exchanged.

    When your request has been authorized by anima active customer care, you will receive an email with the shipping and return procedure.

    The return shipping charges are paid by the customer. 

  • Exchanges

    Online exchanges are available for all orders placed. Upon receiving the item, if you are not satisfied with it, you will need to email raquel@animaactive.com to request for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. 

    Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. You cannot exchange an item for an item with a different product code.
